Cancelation
There is a 12 hour cancelation policy. Students are required to pay for missed session if it isn't canceled within the time limit. Students may cancel via text or phone call/voicemail.

Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable and have a 3 month expiration.

Liability Waiver
Students must sign the Liability Waiver and complete the Health Screening Form provided below before their
first session.
